Our 1st time visiting Kookie Haven. Excellent customer service by Irfan. Very welcoming and great knowledge of all the products. Such a clean environment. Didn't manage to get a pic of the ice creams we chose but they were so delicious they were gone in minutes. We chose the kulfi and raspberry ripple. Can't fault them. Great flavours. Thank you for looking after us Irfan. We'll be back soon! 🙂

Was my first visit to the place and OMG KOOKIE Haven stood out. The place is so luxury and the service and food is also a 10 out of 10 I bought a bubble tea and I also got a bubble waffle can’t believe the quality value for money pls do go down 😀
The guy there was so lovely and polite and he put extra Nutella chocolate on my Dutch pancakes which were absolutely phenomenal like I’m not even joking this review was not sponserd guys like I genuinely loved it

Bad experience. I purchased 2 scope of ice cream. One in triple chocolate flavor and other in mango creamy flavor. Omg mango flavor is just made of sugar. Too much sweet. Nd chocolate is also so bad. Tasteless
